No Returns or Exchanges
At Haam, each furniture piece is crafted and delivered with care. Returns or exchanges are not offered on furniture items.
Damages
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Any damage must be reported immediately to our team. We are unable to accept claims made after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, items that do not fit in your space, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
All damage or defect claims will be reviewed once received. If approved, our customer support team will guide you through the next steps.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before advance payment and order confirmation.
Haam Shipping Policy
Curbside Delivery
Haam orders include curbside delivery only. Unpacking, placement, and installation are not included but can be arranged at an additional cost.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct at the time of order.
Delivery Timeline
For orders within Lahore, delivery is typically completed within 1 week. For locations outside Lahore, please allow 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination and shipping provider.
Damages
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and document any damage immediately.
Important
Before placing your order, please ensure that all items can fit through your entryways, staircases, and doorways. Haam does not accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit, unless they are defective.
